Buying a cellular phone in Russia is not cheap. Airtime isn't a bargain either. Yet you might need a cellular phone for business. Check if your local cellular phone company has a roaming agreement with Russia or St. Petersburg. If it does, you might be able to use your own cell phone. Otherwise, you will have to rent one at a sky-high price or buy it from one of St. Petersburg providers.
