A Theatrical Show for Children
When schoolchildren's winter vacations start, the Arts Studio gives a
fancy-dress performance in the Hermitage theatre. Every age group prepares
a short performance on a museum-related subject. Parents help their children
to make the costumes to present the gods and heroes of the Ancient Greece
and the Ancient Egypt; genres and schools in painting; the rooms and buildings
of the Hermitage; artists, architects and authors of the museum's collections.
This performance on the stage of the Hermitage theatre is the result
of the great job of the children, parents and teachers.
